Return Policy:

1. Returns and exchanges are applicable only to select products. Detailed return eligibility and conditions are provided on the respective product pages. For eligible products, the standard return window is 3 days from the date of delivery/receipt of the product.
2. The return policy for any product is subject to change without prior notice.
3. In case pickup service is not available at your location, you will have to self-ship the product to our office address.
4. Return/exchange charges may apply on a case-to-case basis.

Refund Policy:

We accept refund requests in cases of a mismatch in quality, size, color, or design, or if an item is missing, incorrect, or damaged in a combo order.

Once the product has been picked up, the refund will be processed within 5–7 working days through the same payment method used for the transaction.
